About the role
Heidelberg Materials is seeking a reliable Loader Operator to join its North America operations. You will work on site, handling aggregate materials and supporting plant and yard activities in a fast‑paced, safety‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a front‑end loader to safely and efficiently move aggregate materials.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Maintain clean and organized stockpiles to support optimal production flow.
- Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture.
- Assist plant and yard operations as needed to meet production goals.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, especially loaders.
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
- Physical ability to perform tasks in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
