Loader Operator

About the role
Berger is seeking a reliable Loader Operator to support its plant in Plaster Rock. You will be responsible for feeding raw materials into the production line and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate a loader to feed peat, perlite, vermiculite and wood fibers into the plant.
- Keep work areas clean and organized at all times.
- Ensure pallets are correctly placed and in good condition.
- Maintain equipment performance, reduce waste and follow the production schedule.
Required profile
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 55 lb.
- Able to operate a forklift.
- Punctual, alert and responsible.
- Team‑oriented and willing to work all shifts, including weekends.
