Loader Operator – Front End Loader

About the role

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a reliable Loader Operator to safely operate a front‑end loader, move aggregate materials, and support daily production at one of its North American sites. You will work in a fast‑paced, outdoor environment, ensuring material handling meets quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a front‑end loader to load, move, and stockpile aggregate materials.
• Conduct pre‑shift inspections and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Load trucks and hopper systems according to production requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
