Live-in Nanny – Full-time with Room & Board

About the role

This live‑in nanny position provides full‑time childcare within the employer’s home, offering a supportive environment for children of multiple ages, including twins and foster children. The role includes room and board, and may evolve from part‑time to full‑time based on family needs.

Key responsibilities

• Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and sterilize bottles.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and formula for infants and children.
• Supervise children’s daily activities, games, outings, and homework.
• Maintain a safe, healthy home environment and keep detailed health and activity records.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, ironing, and press linens.
• Shop for food and household supplies and manage household inventories.
• Travel with the family, providing childcare and housekeeping support on trips.
• Care for pets and ensure their well‑being.
• Discipline children according to parents’ guidelines and support their emotional well‑being.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional childcare experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, patience, and honesty.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks and lift up to 9 kg (20 lb).
