About the role
We are seeking a motivated Liquor Store Supervisor to lead our team at T.J.'S Liquor Store in Lethbridge. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise 3‑4 staff members.
- Hire, train, and arrange training for employees.
- Authorize payments by cheque, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
Required profile
- Accurate and client‑focused.
- Efficient interpersonal and excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexible, organized and reliable.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
