About the role

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global footprint and is looking for an entrepreneurial License Owner & Operator to launch and run the brand in Edmonton. This hands‑on position combines business ownership with community‑focused sports operations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow Stranger Soccer activities in Edmonton.
• Secure and manage partnerships with local football venues.
• Recruit, train, and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain a high‑quality, consistent game experience.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.

Required profile

• Passionate about football with strong local market insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
• Comfortable taking ownership and delivering measurable results.
• Experience in operations, events, community building, or similar fields.
• Strong communication and people‑leadership abilities.
