Liaison Engineering MAP – Evening Shift

About the role

Join the A220 commercial aircraft program as a Liaison Engineering professional on the evening shift. Based in Mirabel, Quebec, you will work within the MAP (Mise au Point) team to address structural and system non‑conformities on the A220 aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to non‑conformities identified in Pre‑Fal, final line and pre‑flight zones.
• Design, analyse and eliminate repairs for structural and system issues in a timely manner.
• Restore design integrity of A220 components and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Collaborate autonomously with cross‑functional teams, sharing knowledge and supporting peers.

Required profile

• Experience in aircraft design, repair or related engineering fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop and implement corrective solutions.
• Motivation to grow new competencies within a dynamic aerospace environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

Required skills

• Aircraft structural analysis and repair methodology.
• Understanding of system non‑conformity resolution processes.
