Level 1 Express Technician

About the role

As a Level 1 Express Technician you will perform essential maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, seasonal tire swaps and multi‑point inspections. This entry‑level position provides comprehensive on‑the‑job training alongside experienced Toyota technicians in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete oil changes, tire rotations, seasonal tire swaps and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Conduct multi‑point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to Service Advisors.
• Support the service team by ensuring vehicles are finished on time and meet Toyota quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Provide courteous customer care, treating each vehicle as if it were your own.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn the automotive trade.
• Positive, team‑first attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a clean driving record.
• Valid driver’s licence.
