Legal Diligence Specialist (Remote) – $80–$120/hr

About the role
Mercor is seeking an experienced Legal Diligence Specialist to evaluate AI‑generated legal artifacts. This remote position focuses on ensuring the accuracy, rigor, and domain quality of contracts, spreadsheets, and slide decks produced by AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Assess AI‑generated documents against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in contracts, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI model outputs.
- Review work products for accuracy, rigor, and overall domain quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI performance.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in legal contracts, diligence, or redlining.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.
Required skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong expertise in Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
