About the role
The Learning Support Teacher provides essential assistance to students across the Winnipeg School Division, helping them succeed in a diverse and inclusive environment. This permanent, full‑time position serves a student body of nearly 32,000 learners across 78 schools, and French language skills are considered an asset.
Key responsibilities
- Provide learning support to students across grades.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt instructional strategies.
- Utilize French language skills when applicable to support bilingual learners.
Required profile
- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
- Clear Child Abuse Registry check and Police Information Check.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity as outlined by Winnipeg School Division.
Required skills
