About the role
Abra 3 Consulting is looking for experienced professionals to join its remote team as Leadership Development Consultants. You will work independently as an independent contractor, engaging prospective clients interested in leadership and personal growth programs.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with individuals interested in leadership and personal development.
- Conduct structured phone and Zoom conversations to explain program details.
- Guide prospects through the information and enrollment process.
- Support clients using established development frameworks.
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship sessions.
- Manage your own workflow while collaborating with a global network of professionals.
Required profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Genuine interest in leadership, mindset, and personal growth.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Organized with a flexible schedule.
- Professional approach to relationship‑building and client engagement.
