Lead Housekeeper (Swan Hills Treatment Centre)

About the role

The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at the Swan Hills Treatment Centre (SHTC) plant site. This role supports the prevention of cross‑contamination of hazardous‑waste products by delivering daily housekeeping services for office buildings, on‑site accommodation, and laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of all office buildings and company‑rented accommodation in Swan Hills.
• Manage laundry of all company‑provided indoor and outdoor work clothing for employees and contractors, ensuring garments do not leave the site.
• Stock, order, and distribute janitorial supplies such as paper towels, booties, and cleaning chemicals.
• Safely operate company‑owned, leased, or rented vehicles and mobile equipment used for housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (COR, ISO 17025, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
• Promote a safety‑first culture, uphold confidentiality, and resolve workplace conflicts respectfully.
