Landscaper – Full‑time Permanent Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated landscaper to join our team in Surrey, BC. The role involves maintaining and enhancing both private and public green spaces, ensuring they meet aesthetic and safety standards. You will work closely with supervisors to complete projects on schedule and keep equipment in good working order.

Key responsibilities

• Read blueprints or work instructions to determine landscaping requirements.
• Trim and prune trees using techniques such as crown cleaning, thinning, and restoration.
• Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, and other lawn‑care products safely and effectively.
• Plan and coordinate plant growth for ornamental and functional purposes.
• Plant, maintain, and relocate trees, lawns, and gardens.
• Assist in designing layout plans for new garden projects.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring safety compliance and proper storage.

Required profile

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• 1 to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
