About the role

Join Jean Coutu’s pharmacy team in Rosemère as a Laboratory Cashier. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing friendly service while handling transactions and supporting the pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact with customers, ensuring confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
Respond to customer requests within legal limits while protecting disclosed information.
Manage phone call follow‑up and address inquiries promptly.
Restock merchandise displays to maintain an attractive shopping environment.

Required profile

Confidential, curious and eager to learn.
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Empathetic, friendly and customer‑focused.
Very good knowledge of French; basic knowledge of English.
