About the role
Join Jean Coutu’s pharmacy team in Rosemère as a Laboratory Cashier. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing friendly service while handling transactions and supporting the pharmacy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact with customers, ensuring confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism.
- Respond to customer requests within legal limits while protecting disclosed information.
- Manage phone call follow‑up and address inquiries promptly.
- Restock merchandise displays to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
Required profile
- Confidential, curious and eager to learn.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Empathetic, friendly and customer‑focused.
- Very good knowledge of French; basic knowledge of English.
