Key Accounts Administrator (Provincial General Administrator)

About the role

We are seeking a Key Accounts Administrator to provide flexible administrative support across our Provincial Key Accounts portfolio, handling hotel coordination, technician clearance, and a variety of operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel accommodations required for provincial key accounts field work, ensuring bookings align with scheduled work and technician assignments, and manage changes or cancellations as schedules evolve, maintaining booking confirmations and documentation.
• Maintain technician clearance and compliance requirements for provincial key accounts, track outstanding requirements and expirations, coordinate required documentation with technicians and internal departments, identify issues that could prevent work, and escalate risks before they impact scheduled work or client KPIs.
• Provide additional administrative support across operations, assisting with billing and invoicing administration, work order management, scheduling and work order generation, as well as reports and estimating, especially during increased workload, employee absences, backlogs, month‑end, or client‑specific initiatives.
• Support special projects and temporary initiatives, including data cleanup, backlog reduction, account transitions, process improvement initiatives, and other assigned key accounts administrative tasks.
