Junior Product Analyst

About the role

Canadian Health Systems Inc. is seeking a Junior Product Analyst to join its remote‑first team. You will work closely with clinical users, developers, and QA to translate real‑world healthcare workflows into actionable product requirements that improve operational efficiency and patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business and clinical workflows and convert them into clear product and system requirements.
• Write clean, testable user stories and tickets with well‑structured acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements, manage feedback, and prioritize backlog items.
• Support product planning by defining scope, identifying priorities, and improving workflow efficiency.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, inconsistencies, and workflow risks early in the design process.
• Create mockups, process flows, and wireframes using Figma or similar tools.
• Assist developers and QA teams throughout sprint cycles by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
