Junior Designer

About the role

The Junior Designer (Assistant Designer) will support a fast‑moving design team in creating innovative, functional, and fashionable products. Working closely with a Senior Designer, you will act as the right‑hand person for day‑to‑day design activities and product development tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and compile product development packets.
• Update tech packs to reflect construction and silo changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Load items into the CBX system and prepare packages for overseas partners.
• Manage and maintain showroom samples, ensuring organization and readiness.
• Prepare the showroom for sales meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of industry experience.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience using a Mac platform.
• Familiarity with CBX software.
• Understanding of 3D design concepts (beneficial).
