Junior Accountant

About the role

Procurify is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join its Finance team. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional eager to learn, comfortable with financial systems, and enthusiastic about supporting accurate billing and receivables. You will work collaboratively across teams while helping to improve processes and leverage automation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices, review billing details, and maintain up‑to‑date account records.
• Perform timely follow‑ups on outstanding receivables, support cash‑flow, and serve as the point of contact for billing inquiries.
• Assist in AR aging analyses, cash collection reports, month‑end close activities, and account reconciliations.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements, adopt automation tools, and provide feedback on the Procurify platform.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a Finance role, preferably SaaS.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Clear professional communication, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, accountable mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies.
