Java Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer to join Tata Consultancy Services’ technology teams. The role involves designing, developing and maintaining complex, large‑scale applications that span multiple departments and disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement software solutions across front‑end and back‑end layers in a critical, cross‑departmental environment.
• Apply deep knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle to deliver scalable, reliable and resilient applications.
• Drive continuous delivery and automation through root‑cause analysis, knowledge sharing and performance tuning.
• Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and ensure alignment with organisational processes.
• Promote transparency, innovation and best‑practice coaching within the team and across reporting lines.
• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout project execution.
• Operate within a global, on‑shore/off‑shore matrix and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of full‑stack development and modern web technologies.
• Experience working in Agile environments and delivering large‑scale applications.
• Ability to collaborate in globally distributed teams and navigate regulatory constraints.
