About the role

We are seeking a qualified ITIL Trainer to deliver ITIL v4 (or higher) training remotely on a contract basis. The role involves facilitating workshops, coaching participants, and managing exam voucher distribution for PeopleCert‑accredited courses.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate interactive ITIL workshops for remote learners.
Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support throughout the training program.
Deliver the full ITIL curriculum (v4 or later) in accordance with PeopleCert standards.
Issue exam vouchers and coordinate candidate registration for certification exams.

Required profile

PeopleCert‑certified trainer authorized to deliver ITIL courses.
Current ITIL training certification (v4 or higher) from PeopleCert.
Proven experience conducting remote training sessions.

Required skills

In‑depth knowledge of the ITIL v4 framework.
