ITIL Trainer (v4+) – Remote Contract

About the role
We are seeking a qualified ITIL Trainer to deliver ITIL v4 (or higher) training remotely on a contract basis. The role involves facilitating workshops, coaching participants, and managing exam voucher distribution for PeopleCert‑accredited courses.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate interactive ITIL workshops for remote learners.
- Provide one‑on‑one coaching and support throughout the training program.
- Deliver the full ITIL curriculum (v4 or later) in accordance with PeopleCert standards.
- Issue exam vouchers and coordinate candidate registration for certification exams.
Required profile
- PeopleCert‑certified trainer authorized to deliver ITIL courses.
- Current ITIL training certification (v4 or higher) from PeopleCert.
- Proven experience conducting remote training sessions.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of the ITIL v4 framework.
