IT Team Lead – Healthcare Network

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee technology operations across its rapidly growing network of clinics and facilities. Based primarily in Laval with occasional travel to sites in Quebec City, Montreal, Saint‑Sauveur and Gatineau, you will ensure that the IT infrastructure supports high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, security and end‑user support.
• Mentor, develop and coordinate multiple technical teams across sites.
• Maintain optimal performance and availability of critical systems.
• Manage major incidents with composure and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to guarantee service quality.
• Design and improve processes such as change management, continuous improvement and governance.
• Optimize vendor relationships and control IT costs.
• Strengthen cybersecurity measures and business continuity plans.
• Contribute to strategic IT decisions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Develop, test and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and training when needed.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in team or operations management.
• Proven experience in a multi‑site environment.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Azure).
• Strong leadership, strategic vision and ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent analytical and risk‑management skills.
