IT Team Lead – Healthcare Network

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee technology operations across its rapidly growing network of clinics and facilities. Based primarily in Laval, the role supports sites in Quebec City, Montreal, and other regions, ensuring reliable and secure IT services for clinicians and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical teams responsible for infrastructure, networks, security, and user support.
• Maintain optimal performance of critical systems and manage major incidents with composure.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and continuously improve processes such as change management and governance.
• Oversee IT supplier relationships, cost management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop, test, and maintain backup and business continuity plans.
• Contribute to strategic IT decisions and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in team or operations management.
• Proven experience in multi‑site environments, preferably within healthcare.
• University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and risk‑management abilities.
