IT Support Technician (Healthcare)

About the role
The IT Support Technician provides front‑line technical assistance to clinical, administrative and outreach teams at Klinic Community Health. Working both remotely and on‑site, the technician ensures reliable access to all technology resources while upholding the centre’s privacy and security standards.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues for end‑users.
- Configure, deploy and maintain end‑user devices and system access.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, asset records and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support server‑room upkeep, monitor system performance and escalate complex problems.
- Collaborate with external IT service providers and adhere to Klinic IT policies.
- Provide occasional overnight, evening or weekend support and travel to satellite locations as needed.
Required profile
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of privacy and security protocols in a healthcare setting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
