IT Support Specialist

About the role

Mandy's is expanding its restaurant network across Canada and needs a dedicated IT Support Specialist to keep 17 locations running smoothly. You will own field technical support, hardware provisioning, and menu‑management across all digital and physical sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve L1/L2 technical issues on restaurant hardware, POS systems, and network infrastructure to ensure 24/7 uptime.
• Execute real‑time menu, pricing, and promotional updates across digital platforms and in‑store POS.
• Audit and maintain accurate operating hours, location details, and schedule information on internal and third‑party delivery apps.
• Manage the full lifecycle of corporate and restaurant hardware, from rapid setup to secure decommissioning.
• Administer the internal IT ticketing system, track trends, and ensure data integrity.
• Select troubleshooting steps, escalation paths, and validate final ticket closure.
• Coordinate third‑party field technicians or ISPs for on‑site interventions when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
