IT Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Infrastructure & Network Operations team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues across retail stores, corporate offices, and remote employees, helping to keep our technology running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Log, prioritize and resolve support tickets from stores, offices and remote users.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
• Provide desktop support for new store openings and office relocations.
• Manage user accounts, access‑control systems, camera systems and server‑room infrastructure.
• Administer O365, Exchange Online and SharePoint sites, including basic security tasks.
• Work with telco vendors, ISP and phone system providers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Support MS Teams and related collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in an IT support role.
• Ability to travel across North America and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French (spoken and written) preferred.

Required skills

• Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint administration.
• Windows 10 and macOS desktop support.
• LAN/WAN networking fundamentals.
• Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft and CompTIA certifications (preferred).
