IT Supervisor – Infrastructure & Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our infrastructure and support teams across three manufacturing sites. You will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of all IT systems while fostering a collaborative, family‑spirit work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the IT team, managing task distribution, priorities, and daily operations.
• Maintain stability, availability, and performance of IT systems across three manufacturing locations.
• Oversee servers, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, storage, backups, disaster recovery, and all technology equipment.
• Manage incidents, service requests, preventive maintenance, system updates, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, security standards, technical procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate infrastructure and technology projects with the IT Director, business analysts, and programmers.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions, including AI initiatives, to improve processes.
• Participate in IT budget planning and operational follow‑up.
• Collaborate with plant and office users to align IT services with operational needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, network management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including team supervision or coordination.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
