IT Senior Project Manager (SAP / Business Transformation)

About the role

Saputo is looking for an IT Senior Project Manager with an SAP / Business Transformation specialization to join its IT PMO team in Saint-Laurent. The role leads large-scale, complex IT projects and business transformation programs such as SAP implementations, SaaS deployments, digital initiatives and process optimization, working with IT and business stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the project approach from concept to execution, setting scope, estimates, schedule, costs and dependencies
• Provide weekly progress reports to the IT Leadership Team and keep project information flowing to all team members
• Lead through influence, guide a diverse team and ensure quality assurance processes are followed
• Manage internal and external relationships, including a multi-site delivery model
• Lead end-to-end management of third-party vendors and system integrators, from selection and contracts to delivery oversight
• Manage work plans, deliverables, scope changes, resource capacity, and issue/risk tracking
• Manage quality gates, obtain deliverable sign-offs and support other IT resources in developing their project management skills

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• At least 12 years of total IT project delivery experience, including 5 years leading full delivery lifecycles and managing a diverse team
• End-to-end project management experience, including budgets over $1M and steering committee leadership
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince II) or equivalent recognized curriculum
• Experience delivering SAP projects and large, complex application projects; managing multiple system integrators and packaged software and SaaS implementations
• Manufacturing or consumer packaged goods experience preferred; French/English bilingualism is an asset
