IT Operations Analyst

About the role

The IT Operations Analyst will support Shared IT Services for multiple software businesses within the Jonas Software portfolio. Working remotely, you will ensure employees have the technology, access, and support they need to perform their duties effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, groups, and access across Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Administer Multi‑Factor Authentication setup, enforcement, troubleshooting, and reset requests.
• Handle device ordering, provisioning, asset and SaaS inventory, and endpoint monitoring.
• Coordinate patching, password management, Microsoft 365 licensing, and PCI scan activities.
• Support compliance audits by providing IT evidence and coordinating IT‑related audit tasks.
• Develop and execute standardized onboarding and off‑boarding playbooks with department leaders.

• Comfortable working independently and supporting both technical and non‑technical users.
• Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interaction.
