IT Manager, Workplace Digital Solutions

About the role

Saputo is looking for an experienced IT Manager, Digital Workplace, to lead the day-to-day delivery and operations of its Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot. The role combines technical leadership with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration to build a modern, productive digital workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance, reliability and governance of workplace platforms, monitoring KPIs, service levels and user feedback
• Support the rollout, configuration and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, and facilitate the AI Champions program
• Oversee delivery, governance and the Center of Excellence for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages, and enable an end-user self-service model
• Lead, coach and develop a team of specialists and analysts, manage workload and support career growth
• Own service levels, incident response and continuous improvement, tracking adoption, satisfaction and platform health
• Partner with IT Security, Data Privacy and Risk on tenant configuration, data loss prevention, conditional access and information protection
• Own budget inputs and total cost of ownership, track spending, adoption and ROI, and define performance KPIs
• Lead enterprise-wide adoption through training, communication and stakeholder engagement, partnering with HR and Communications

Required profile

• Diploma in computer science, information technology or a related field
• 5+ years managing or delivering digital workplace, productivity or collaboration technology, with hands-on Microsoft 365 experience
• 2+ years managing technical teams
• Experience deploying and operating Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) in an enterprise setting
• Understanding of Power Platform CoE practices
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Purview and Defender
• Bilingual English (required) and French, oral and written

• Salary of $92,795 to $121,795, depending on experience, education, skills and training
