About the role
McGill University’s Department of Anatomy & Cell Biology is seeking graduate‑student invigilators to support its Fall 2026 midterm examinations. Exam sessions include ANAT 323 on Oct. 1 (8:30‑11:30 AM) in SADB 1/12 and SADB M/48, ANAT 365 on Oct. 16 (3:00‑4:30 PM) in SADB M/48 and SADB 1/12, and several additional sessions through Nov. 5. Candidates must be available for at least one of these sessions and will ensure smooth administration of the tests.
Key responsibilities
- Distribute exam papers to students before each scheduled exam session.
- Monitor the examination environment, enforce exam rules, and address any issues that arise.
- Collect completed exam papers from students at the end of each session.
Required profile
- Previous experience with university‑level examinations or proctoring.
- Current enrollment as a graduate student at McGill University.
- Punctuality and reliability for the assigned exam times.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
- Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.
