Inventory Control Supervisor

About the role

The Inventory Control Supervisor will oversee the planning and organization of operational logistics for CO‑OP in Prince George. This role coordinates activities across departments, ensures accurate reporting, and drives improvements in productivity and product quality. The successful candidate will also train staff and manage material requisitions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory status.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train workers in duties and policies, assign and review work.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.

Required profile

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma (1‑2 year program) or equivalent experience.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.
