Intermediate Renewable Analyst

About the role

Clir Renewables is seeking an Intermediate Renewable Analyst to support performance analysis across utility‑scale wind, solar and battery energy storage assets. The role offers the chance to develop expertise in multiple renewable technologies while delivering actionable insights to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify performance improvement opportunities, support implementation, monitor asset health and manage technical and financial risks.
• Analyze operational data to detect trends, investigate anomalies and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to develop and execute monitoring and performance analysis plans.
• Provide technical expertise during internal meetings and client discussions.
• Lead analytics projects and contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and methodologies.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in renewable energy, energy storage, asset management, engineering, operations or performance analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for renewable energy and customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, data historians and monitoring platforms.
