About the role
CLV Group is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join its high‑performing accounting team. The role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to own financial responsibilities across complex construction project portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Track and report on project budgets for multiple construction initiatives.
- Support monthly close cycles and provide accurate financial data for strategic decisions.
- Compile monthly draw requests, ensuring all costs are correctly allocated and documented.
- Prepare and review construction monthly draws for various projects.
- Create monthly budget reports for all active construction projects.
Required profile
- Intermediate level accounting experience, preferably with exposure to construction or real‑estate projects.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial tasks.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
