Key responsibilities

• Track and report on project budgets for multiple construction initiatives.
• Support monthly close cycles and provide accurate financial data for strategic decisions.
• Compile monthly draw requests, ensuring all costs are correctly allocated and documented.
• Prepare and review construction monthly draws for various projects.
• Create monthly budget reports for all active construction projects.

Required profile

• Intermediate level accounting experience, preferably with exposure to construction or real‑estate projects.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial tasks.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
