Integrated Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives for Restaurants Canada’s events, digital content, and programs. Reporting to the Director of Content & Programming, the role coordinates multi‑channel campaigns to drive audience engagement, brand visibility, sponsor activation, and event participation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, imagery selection, template updates, audience segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Support lead‑generation initiatives through campaign coordination, reporting, and real‑time optimization.
• Create marketing collateral and graphic assets using Canva (house ads, sales materials, social graphics, presentations).
• Assist with website updates, content uploads, and copy revisions across event and organizational platforms.
• Build and manage event registration pages, Zoho microsites, forms, surveys, and attendee communications.
• Coordinate sponsor and speaker logistics, including briefing documents, assets, and presentation updates.
• Support post‑event reporting, survey analysis, and sponsor recap materials.
• Liaise with vendors, agencies, photographers, videographers, media partners, and PR teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, external agencies, sponsors, and vendors.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic creation.
• Zoho (microsites, forms, surveys).
