Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate

About the role

Westburne is seeking an Inside Sales/Counter Sales Associate to join its Kenora branch. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping them find the right electrical and energy‑solution products and processing their orders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, source additional items, and process orders at the counter.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and confirm stock availability.
• Maintain the showroom, counter shelves, and overall store presentation.
• Support warehouse functions by picking, shipping, receiving orders and replenishing stock levels.
• Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Westburne’s image and supporting sales initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in counter sales or warehouse environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to share product knowledge.
