Inside Sales Support Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Support Representative will help grow UPS Small Package business within the small‑customer segment. Working primarily remotely, you will prospect new clients, nurture existing relationships, and act as a trusted logistics advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers to expand market share in the small‑customer segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and ensure a positive experience.
• Create and present compelling value proposals tailored to customer needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training, including the UPS Sales Academy.

Required profile

• Full fluency in English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of business development or sales experience.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in the assigned time zone and occasional on‑site days if required.
