Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate

About the role

Westburne, a market leader in energy and electrical solutions, is looking for an Inside Sales / Counter Sales Associate to join its Kenora branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling product inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the showroom and warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter, answer product questions and confirm stock availability.
• Process sales orders, quotations and returns accurately.
• Maintain showroom displays and counter shelves to ensure a professional appearance.
• Pick, pack, ship and receive inventory items, replenishing stock as needed.
• Support the Branch Manager with sales initiatives and brand promotion.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in counter sales or warehouse environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Interpersonal skills with a talent for sharing product knowledge.
