Infrastructure IT Analyst (Ontario)

About the role

3M is looking for an Infrastructure IT Analyst to join its Ontario team supporting a Tier 1 distribution centre and regional sales branch. The role ensures that end‑user devices, warehouse technologies and network connectivity operate reliably to keep shipping, receiving, inventory and sales processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site hardware support for workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra and HP printers, mobile scanning devices, servers and networking equipment.
• Deliver local software support for Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suites and security tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot business‑critical applications used in distribution and sales operations.
• Coordinate site‑specific projects, working independently and with a geographically distributed team.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, security requirements and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology + 5 years of IT experience, or High School diploma + 8 years of IT experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, distribution centre, logistics or similar environment.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across locations.
