Infrastructure Integration Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Integration Specialist to lead enterprise‑wide virtual machine migration initiatives. Reporting to the Infrastructure & Cloud Services team, you will ensure secure, efficient and compliant migrations across multiple virtualization platforms while supporting off‑hour operations as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute end‑to‑end VM migrations, including discovery, preparation, validation, execution, testing and stabilization.
• Migrate workloads across Red Hat OpenShift, SUSE Harvester and Proxmox environments.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑migration health assessments, application verification and service functionality testing.
• Coordinate migration windows with internal teams and business stakeholders to minimise impact.
• Troubleshoot migration issues in collaboration with engineering groups.
• Maintain comprehensive migration documentation, logs and status reports.
• Follow change‑management, security and operational standards while identifying process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale VM migration projects in production environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift, SUSE Harvester and/or Proxmox VE.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V or similar virtualization platforms.
• Strong background in Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
• Ability to work within defined maintenance windows with minimal business disruption.
• Disciplined approach to runbooks, change‑management procedures and documentation.
