Industrial Storekeeper

About the role

As an Industrial Storekeeper at L’Oréal, you will support the plant’s production operations by managing the flow of goods, inventory, and supplier interactions. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will work autonomously and see the direct impact of your work each day.

Key responsibilities

• Handle receipt of goods, prepare maintenance kits, and dispatch parts for repair.
• Conduct cycle counts, keep SAP data up‑to‑date, and ensure proper labeling and storage of parts.
• Manage end‑to‑end ordering, negotiate prices with suppliers and track deliveries.
• Provide quality service to electromechanics teams and suggest improvements to store processes.

Required profile

• Organized, proactive individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Initial experience in inventory management or purchasing.
• Solution‑oriented and service‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Negotiation and supplier follow‑up abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
