Inbound Sales Representative – eCommerce

About the role

Leavitt Machinery is seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Representative to join its growing eCommerce team in Surrey, BC. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, chat, or email, helping them find the right parts and providing accurate quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales leads received by phone, chat, and email.
• Maintain and grow relationships with repeat customers.
• Respond to web form submissions and deliver precise quotes.
• Guide customers to the correct parts, upsell where appropriate, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Account Executives.
• Keep CRM data up‑to‑date and accurate.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales experience.
• Post‑secondary education in business administration or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Coachability and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Experience using a CRM system.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms.
