Inbound Customer Service Agent – Weekend Remote

About the role

TigerTel is looking for enthusiastic inbound Customer Service Representatives to work from home on weekends. You will handle incoming calls from commercial businesses and medical offices across Canada and the United States, providing high‑quality support without any outbound sales pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from a diverse range of commercial and medical clients.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and courteous phone demeanor throughout each interaction.
• Adhere to a set weekend schedule (both Saturday and Sunday) across three shift options.
• Work on holidays and statutory days when required to support critical businesses.

Required profile

• New Brunswick resident able to work consistent weekend hours.
• Quiet, distraction‑free home office with uninterrupted phone availability.
• Reliable high‑speed hard‑wired internet (Ethernet connection required).
• Dedicated PC or laptop running Windows 11 or newer.
• Wired USB headset; a second monitor is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows 11 operating system.
• Ability to set up and maintain a hard‑wired Ethernet internet connection.

What we offer

• Training pay of $20.00 CAD per hour, increasing to $30.00 CAD per hour after training.
