About the role
Join TigerTel’s inbound Customer Service Team and provide high‑quality support to commercial and medical clients across Canada and the United States. This is a fast‑paced, work‑from‑home position focused on weekend shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from commercial businesses and medical offices, delivering courteous and efficient customer service.
- Maintain a professional, distraction‑free home office and be available for the full scheduled shift, including possible work on holidays and statutory days.
Required profile
- Passionate about helping others and able to commit to a consistent weekend schedule (both Saturday and Sunday).
- Resident of New Brunswick with a reliable high‑speed wired internet connection and a Windows 11 PC.
What we offer
- Training pay of $20 CAD per hour, increasing to $30 CAD per hour after training.
- Remote work from home with set weekend shifts (various slots between 10 am‑12 am AST).
