IAM Consultant – PingFederate & Entra ID Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Consultant to manage and support our OneUID SSO platform. The role focuses on PingFederate, Entra ID/Azure AD, and related identity services, ensuring seamless authentication, single sign‑on, and multi‑factor authentication for our users.

Key responsibilities

• Operate PingFederate and PingID services, handling ticket management and incident resolution.
• Monitor overall OneUID SSO health, performance, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Produce analytical reports on network, LDAP gateway issues, and SSO login analytics.
• Support production deployment of ~50 new applications per month and manage configuration changes (IdP adapters, selectors, authentication policies, OAuth/OIDC policies).
• Maintain SSL certificates, SAML certificate renewals, and password‑less authentication rollouts.
• Update OneUID documentation and weekly incident trend reports.
• Assist SOX audit teams quarterly by providing evidence of SSO integrations.

Required profile

• Strong background in IAM support and integration projects.
• Experience with PingFederate, Entra ID/Azure AD, and PingID MFA.
• Ability to analyze incidents, produce reports, and work with vendors.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance documentation.
