Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Specialist to support the execution of our HR roadmap. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will gain hands‑on experience across the full employee lifecycle and help build a high‑performing, engaged organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of HR in delivering core HR initiatives aligned with the company’s people strategy.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.
• Lead new‑hire onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, update HRIS, and generate reports.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Support performance enablement processes such as goal tracking and review cycles.
• Contribute to employee engagement, internal communications, and culture‑building projects.
• Help develop, document, and improve HR policies, processes, and tools as the organization scales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Early‑career HR professional (1‑2 years of experience) with a strong desire to build broad HR expertise.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the HR function.
