Human Resources Generalist – Calgary

About the role
The Human Resources Generalist will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting the organization’s strategic objectives. Based in Calgary, this role partners across operations to deliver value‑added HR services.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to provide proactive HR guidance and align initiatives with business goals.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Support change‑management projects related to growth, restructuring, and operational changes.
- Conduct workplace investigations, coach managers on employee‑relations matters, and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Assist with performance management, disciplinary actions, corrective plans, and employee development.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding.
- Develop and continuously improve onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
- Identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and maintain compliance records.
