Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support a team of Senior HR Business Partners. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping HR processes on track.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Senior HR Business Partners, ensuring priorities and deadlines are managed effectively.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, delivering a smooth experience from offer acceptance through early employment.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR trackers, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist with HR data collection, analysis, and reporting, leveraging AI‑enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Create and update PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for HR stakeholders.
• Monitor key dates, follow up on outstanding actions, and ensure HR processes move forward efficiently.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and facilitate clear communication among HR, leaders, employees, and candidates.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement opportunities for HR processes and templates.
